ACC Treatment
If you’ve had an accident that has resulted in damaged or sore teeth, ACC will generally provide support. It is better to visit a dentist as quickly as possible to ensure you get the correct treatment straight away.

We will assess your teeth and mouth; help manage any urgent care needed and help you fill out the required documentation for ACC. It is beneficial to complete this documentation to cover any required on going dental treatment as result of an accident.

ACC have a set fee schedule which normally does not cover the full cost of treatment for ACC claimed injuries. Accordingly there are part-charges on the majority of ACC covered treatment, regardless of patient age. These part-charges are the responsibility of the patient to pay.
