No-Shows/Late Cancellations

New Plymouth Dental Centre is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice or fails to attend an appointment, they prevent another patient from being seen.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must notify us as soon as possible, and must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time with any rescheduling requests.

If you fail to provide us with 24 hours prior notice or fail to attend an appointment, a $50 fee may be charged to your account.  For longer appointments a higher fee may apply.

This policy is in place out of respect for our patients and clinicians.
